Fun? Well that is up to the individual. Everyone has different tastes.

What can you do as a Combat Medic? Heal/Poison/Disease single targets at range(approx 40m) or Heal/Poison/Disease multiple targets at range.

Is Combat Medic useful in a group or is Doctor better? Each profession has it's strong points. Of course doctors are the masters of healing wounds and can make Stimpack E. They can also buff Health and Action stats and remove different states from players. Combat medics can heal entire groups from damage if they are in range in a single move. Combat medics can also help take down a mob faster by applying a poison to it appropriate to the fighting style of the group(example: got a lot of pistoleers? drop in a health poison)

Posion Delivery and AE stuff work? Yes the poisons work. Poisons do Damage to a target while disease causes wounds. All of the AE packs work except the high end AE disease C packs. They are currently bugged by having a combat medicine use skill somewhere near 700!

Alot of it is based upon yourself and how well you play your profession.

I could be wrong but i doubled checked, only combat medics can make Stim E's, i personally team up with one CH with a gureck 11k ham, i use ranged stim E's on the pet 2.5k per heal on the pet, use my stopping shot with my scout and there's nothing we cant take on so far. It's actually to easy gonna go try some dragons if i can find them.

If not for using Ranged stim E's in a fight, and Stim D's to heal the pet after i probably wound't be a combat med

Docs can make Stim Es. Just not Ranged Stim Es. All I even use anymore are standard Stim Es for any time when I don't NEED to use an AoE or Ranged Stim.

AE stims can heal multiple people in the group if they are within your area effect range. Normally they are around 30m. From my experience, the area effect does not increase with skill.

oops...forgot to add that you need high combat med use to use the AE stims. So that means you need to learn the combat medic support line. To make the AE stims, you need the combat med craft skill at 2 or 3 to start making the AE stim A's. They require a little more than normal range stims, and need to be hotkey to use them. Don't know why normal /healdamage command won't let you use it out of your inventory.

Ahh thats probably because if you have a few regular stimpack e's, a few Stim Pack A's, a couple of Ranged Stim e's, and a Ranged AOE Stim a all in your inventory and you use the /healdamage command the game wouldn't be able to decide what pack to use...Or what pack you intend to use. The Hotkey method is probably best anyhow
