What should I be looking for in each resource.
Does the decay resistance ONLY apply to the inorganics materials needed for poisons?
Does Overall Quality and Potential Energy still count in the organics I use?

ALL CM components now require OQ/DR only. Components are ARC, AIA and ADM. Doc components are untouched. Final packs are unchanged and require alot of stats.
