Wait till after patch until asking, DoT damage is being increased indirectly.

it's 2x effectiveness as of before this patch ... a 150 eff pack did -300 a tick

DOT = Damage Over Time, causes X amount of damage every Y seconds.

Not really. It's based on the resources involved and the level of your CM. A Master CM will do 2x the effectiveness, a non master will do less. No one is really sure how high the damage can be pushed up to given excelent resources. Give people some time and I'm sure we'll make some pretty darn good ones.
