Combat Medic Archive

Im thinking of going Heavy Swordsman / Combat Medic

Problem is that I know nothing about Combat Medics other than the fact that they can target multiple Ham bars to poison and desease.

My question is what skills do you you need to use mind poison and mind desease.

My goal is to be able to target a single enemy and attack its mind pool with desease and poison and then pull out my Heavy Sword for when the target gets within melee range.

I would like to master Swordsman and only go as far as necessary in Combat Medic, is this possible?
