That depends.
with 0004 you can apply any poison except area C
with novice you can apply single shot A

If you want to use Mind Area C then you must be master.

BTW Yes it is true, I've tested it myself, poison only ticks once every TEN seconds!

Almost none at all.

Well, actually, if it's produced by a master combat medic using good resources and advanced components it might deal something like 60 damage per tick I think. (Haven't really tried) Someone with more CM-crafting experience is welcome to lay out the facts on this.

No one would make you an A to begin with, so I would consider 0 0 0 4 is probablly the best and only option for a cm dabbler
