I'll keep this short and simple. Combat Medics aren't prized for their healing skills. They also invest heavily in skill points to be outshined on the battlefield by doctors.
This needs to be changed and this is my suggestion:
Make area stims heal all three pools.
This would boost the tactics of all facets of a combat team. With a healing class capable of healing all three pools at the same rate, a team would have to coordinate which pool they will target i.e. health, action, or mind.
The backbone of a combat team's battlefield survivability would HAVE to be CM's.
Furthermore, healing in combat is crude without the area effect that CM's possess. Fights would also last much longer and/or be much more decisive depending on the number of CM's in a group.
To balance this healing ability, I suggest that these area stims not be able to heal more than 1k to each pool upon application. The healing rate needs to be balanced with what the damage output rate of combatants. I am also aware that this suggestion has probably already been made on this forum, so please forgive. Healing all pools in a certain area just SCREAMS "CM skill".

then you could heal yourself in mind...everyone would pick it up to become solo machines...after the revamp mind pool wont be a problem anyways

I wasn't proposing that in particular. Just have area stims work on other players to solve that problem.
