Im sorry, i know this isnt the trade forums but i really need to sell this stuff, i have no use for it at all im not a CM. its mind poison with a 1k tick (thats what my friend told me, although i dont even know how to tell when i examine it since im not a CM

Lol, again--try the Bria forums. It's what they're there for. At least put "Bria" in the name of the subject so non-Bria people can ignore it. 
And to check the strength on it--a Master CM will do twice the effectiveness listed on the pack, each time the poisons ticks. So an effectiveness of 500 on the pack will tick for 1000 damage.
