Combat Medic Archive

A friend and I were throwing around templete ideas when we asked ourselves, "Does CM Effectiveness do anything to the power of Ranged or Area Heals?" I was leaning toward yes since it's our equivelent to Injury Treatment, but I wasn't sure if the CM Eff was used instead of IT for Ranged/Areas.
