Whats the 3 Best rows to get in CM, With TKM I cant get CMM But 3 Rows should be good enough So what 3 rows should i get!?

I'm conducting a survey to try to improve our forums (please don't take offense at the questions). Have you checked the FAQ stickied on the top of the forumsfor an answer to your question? If so, what could we have done to make the answer more clear? If not, what could we have done to get you to read it before posting ("nothing" being a perfectly acceptable answer)?

The short answer is, get all the non-crafting lines. Unless you hit master combat medic, you wouldn't want to be crafting your own medicines anyway. If you really want to craft though (you will get 2 fewer experimentation points), you will need combat medic support. Then you will want distance if you plan on being a poisoner/diseaser, or speed (for healmind) if you want to be more of a support role (healmind mixes well with Teras Kasi meditate).

What jfang said. 4404 CM is probably the best choice if you're not going for master.

Only, I have to add that you do get 10 experimentation points with 0040 CM, but you don't get most of the C-pack schematics.

I stand corrected. You do craft as well as a master combat medic at 0040, and you get individual poison C's. My mistake. Hmm... a 4044 combat medic looks a lot more appealing than I had originally thought...

However, I stand by my original statement that you will like 4404 best, especially as a Teras Kasi you can get more out of healmind then most.

I'd say get 4/4/0/4, then get a suit with Healing Range +25, CM Effectiveness +25, and Ranged INjury Treatment Speed +25, and you can use anything but Area C poisons adn diseases at the same strength and speed as a Master.

Too bad that CM effectiveness caps at +100...or I'd be a scary MCM...

Powiw, it also depends on your server, I know not all of them have CM shops. If you can buy good poison from another CM, 4404 is probably the best alternative. 4044 is necessary if you need to craft them yourself.
