I'm trying to get the best Liquid petro for poisons... I have a couple questions.
1.) Does is matter what class you use for the poison itself? (not the sub-component)
2.) What stats matter on it? OQ and PE?

Assuming the resource fits into the slot, there is no advantage to what resource you use for something besides its basic stats. Since all petrochemicals fit into a the poison, it doesn't matter which you use.
As for which stats are important to what degree, it is listed on the schematic. Pick what you want to maximize (presumably effectiveness) and read the percentages. I *think* it is 60% OQ 40% PE, but it has been a while since I actually looked at the exact percentages.

Does it take both solid and liquid? or just liquid? Sorry.. I'm not in game right now..
