Combat Medic Archive

Ok, when checking the stats on a poison or disease, the duration stat is easy to figure out. But can someone please explain to me what the rest of the stats mean such as potency? Thanks.

Yeah, I know the same stats exist on dot weapons, but I never could figure it out.

Before I begin, a standard questionnaire. I'm trying to figure out ways to improve the forum and would like your input on this, please don't take offense at the questions:

All the stats are listed nicely in the FAQ, stickied on the top of the combat medic forum. If something isn't clear in them, if you ask a follow up question here, I know the forums would be happy to help you out.
