Combat Medic Archive

I'd have to say that the longest running pvp templates, all include massive status and/or melee and ranged defense. Which are very tough builds to take on in a duel unless you find a certainweakness in their massive defense. Aweakness that a lot of people have discovered is ofcourse poison/disease. Rather than try to stun/blind some one, or even hit them for a few minutes straight only to end up incapped without scratching your opponent, take a new route and just poison them, and remind them that they didn't make their template immune to everything. Now this ofcourse made(and still continues to aparently) a lot of people mad. And there is 2 ways to deal with it. Way number one, would be to complain because your perfect template isn't perfect, and ask for a nerf that hopefully will never happen. Way number two would be to find a weakness to the CM, just like they did to you. Now many people already found this weakness a long time ago, but I'll say it nice and clear for anyone who missed it. DOCTOR. If a CM killing you bothers you THAT much, drop your defenses, and pick up doctor. You can either be a very tough opponent for another melee/ranged class, OR you can be a very very tough opponent for a CM. Even though many people may want it, you cannot, I repeat, you cannot have both. Its one or the other. Rock Paper Scissors = DefenseStacker CM Doctor

Now I may have gone a little overboard, but I think my point is clear. CM is more than fair, just like spending every ounce of credits on extra defense is fair, and just like picking up Doc to make a CM useless is fair.

Oh and btw, before I get flamed for being just "another arrogant Combat Medic" who shouldpick a real class and try fighting without poison or whatever Im sure is waiting to be said...

Im not a combat medic, Im a long time brawler with many different builds that all include lots and lots of defense, and I continue to get owned on most occasions by combat medics because Ichoose not to be a doctor. I enjoy my defensive builds, and CM owning me doesn't bother me. If you can build a template that never loses, something isn't right.

If the Combat Medic community finds this post to be innapropriate then I apologize, I just felt thatyou guysmightlike to hear some one from another professionthats supporting them rather than trying to nerf them.
