Thread: Questions on Potency and Duration numbers

Just need some clarification here ...


The Potency number is a percentage on how well the poison sticks? 99 potency = 99% chance of sticking.


If that is true, then a potency of 140+ is pointless, right?



Also have you found that in PvP the duration of a poison is considerably short regardless of the duration experimented on the Adv Resiliance compunds?

Potency affects the resist rate. Any potency of 100+is good. 140+ is great as long as that is the base before experimentation. If you are experimenting to 140 then yes I feel you would be wasting points better used for effectiveness or range.
