Now what if it was like this

1. you could make a medium dmg poison that incaps once, says 250

or

2. a high dmg poison that stops at `, say 350

Whats better? who knows but wouldn't it be better if we could make both?

I just ask becasue i got stuck in a gtef BS fest ealier and with people poping up attacking from every direction its neanrly impossible to plink everyone for one dmg before you yourself eat dirt

well, just remember back on the days when someone would poison 20 ppl, run away, come back 30 seconds later....Combat medic is supposed to be able to do some damage, but ultimatly heal andnot kill 20 combat class oriented people.

I personally prefer the current system where a CM is a major force multiplier but is not a solo suicide bomber.

I would like poisons to incap, theoverall power to be increased a bit for PvE, then the 75% reduction applied to PvP.

I would like poisons to incap. I would rather they incap in PVE only than to see them affected by the 75% reduction.

I'd make them incap the way they used to. We as combat medics can't help that Doctor and CM isn't a glamorous enough class that more people want to play.

If I get a dose in you and your overt friends, you should all be incapped if you choose to run around overt with no doctor in your group.

The easiest way to avoid poisons and disease messing you up ----------> have a doctor close.

No time limits or ham limits, just plain incap like everyone else's weapons do...

True maybe not incap but something has to be changed, beause, poison target, he /centers is miss for 20 minutes and finnaly land a hit is lame, i admin rifle was a bad choice but come on

I'd suggest add craftable status effects that hit when the tick is greater then the remaining ham, for example stun, dizzy, posture change, even KD, i was KD 15 times in a row by a carbineer the other day so giving us a KD every 8 sec can't be considered over powering

cry a nerf river mate, you have no clue what it takes to be a great combat medic. It's got nothing to do with any other class.

If you don't like poisons, make sure one of your groupies is a doctor.

IF YOU DON"T HAVE A DOC IN YOUR GROUP< POISONS/DISEASE WILL KICK YOUR ARSE!

Don't sing about it here, learn the game and be prepared...............

I agree with the earlier comment about CMs being force multipliers. I do not think poison should incap, but it should probably stun or dizzy after a while. I think CM should really be combined with a more direct weapon skill (pistoleer is my preference). It seems to me, that a lot of CMs (and this goes for all the other combat related professions) are greedy for power. Tough career choices are part of the challenge, so if you wanna go CM / Doc and be able to kill hordes and raise the dead I think you're asking a bit much. You need to decide do you wanna be a CM / Doc who can raise the dead, but not quite finish off an opponent or do you wanna be a CM / pistoleer who can kill efficiently but not raise the dead?

I like the stun / dizzy idea very much actually.

But ... I got a different idea. Kk here it goes:

If ya get influenca (real life of course) , you get medicine against it , right? You'll be better after a while and since your immune system is now alerted and knows the enemy , you don't get the influenca againfor a while.

Why not the same for poisons / diseases? Every time a doc cures ya , you are kinda immune to poisons / diseases for like ... say 30 secs or 60 secs. That IS a major difference! And it is close to real life too i guess.

You got the antidode , you are immune for a while , the time of immunity maybe even depending on the quality of the cure poison/disease package. Now that would be intereseting.

Cheers
