can anyone help me with this im looking for something i can macro that is the highest exp i can get for a simple item i already got all the med exps i could get and im dreading this lol

The consensus seems to be Biological Effect Controllers if your poor, Advanced Biological Effect Controller's if your rich. BEC's reward about 50 XP, and take 6 units of organic, 6 of inorganic. ABEC's reward about 75, I think, and take 12(?) Lokian Wild Wheat, and same for Tat Fiberplast.

Having done both, I highly recommend going the ABEC route...It's much faster.
