Hello Combat medics. I am seriously considering combat medic right now. I am currently a scout 4/3/4/3and marksman 4/4/3/4. SInce I am a scout at this time I though it would be a good Idea for me to stock pile all the resources needed to make CM stuff since after I drop some of my skills I may not be able to get those ingredients, but I have no Idea what the ingredients are. Whats this Rancor bile I hear everyone talking about? Whenever I harvest rancors I only have options to harvest hide/meat/bones. Is it that only CM's can harvest bile? Whats the dealio.Thanks in advance for the help.

It's not even very good, your poisons and diseases would have no range to them. I believe if you loot a rancor it can contain rancor bile as a product. It is not guareenteed and is a random loot drop a rancor can have. Any class can loot them, it is not a scouts "harvest" ability from what I understand. I have never looted a rancor but this is the way I believe it works.

To acquire Rancor Bile from Rancors, be sure to choose "Loot" from the radial menu first, or update your ninja loot macro.
Once looted, you can harvest hides as normal.
Keep or Sell the Rancor Bile. It is vaulable to CM's.

**edit** {tab} key... anywho, make yourself a harvest macro that looks like this:
/harvest meat;
/loot all;
or some varient there of, and never miss loot again.

the range isn't that bad when using rancor biles. I use em for my pve poisons mmmm*90 charges*droools and they still have a 40m range.
It's not like we have to put many points into potency for pve poisons, so just put 1 or two points into potency, and then split half and half into charges/range and duration/power.

Insect meat is the only scout thing, and herbivore for overall medic av componets, rancor bile is good for pve poisons because it makes you have a lot more charges on packs, but the range is shot to hell.
