Today.. well yesterday now I gained Combat Medic Novice <and the crowd goes wild> Anyways, my Neurotoxin ( Novice Ability.. Might not be that exactly ) Never NEVER never sticks.. why is this?

None of the basic moves work, just use heals to get xp and learn theimproved versions.

h... If only I had 25 more Skill points to do that

They are bugged, they are supposed to have a 5% stick rate or something... 5% isn't very much.
