Completely agree but with the rest of your food space take blob candy and bofa treat and all the dodge/mitigation foods you like. I use pyro for the additional accuracy and leave the rest for ruby bliel.
I'd scrap Bofa Treats for :
Kanali Wafers
Duration : 1:00:0
Health : +183
Health Regen : +189
Vag. Canape- 18min duration +200 MIND regen +200-300 hp bonus (good for high content pve or for PvP)
Spiced tea- 45min-1hr duration +180 MIND regen (good for general grinding or everyday stuff)
I like canape because of the health bonus which is better than any of the lesser foods while maxing out my MIND regen. The fill is usually between 25-35 leaving plenty of room in my stomach for other defense foods for the high content stuff. Otherwise I usually stick with spiced tea for the level 82 and below junk.
Are you sure about that, Badger? I could have sworn that the regen stat has a static value of +100. By the way, the Spiced Tea you mentioned earlier is very impressive. As a 13pt Artisan the best I've managed was +183 (could have capped at +186, I believe) 1:00:38. Whoever the Artisan is who makes it it definately offering a nice product.

Mmm, that's what it says. I think that chef must have burnt through a fair few 30k resource crates to get those buffs that high.
I still don't know the value needed to cap regen, anyone know?
