I'm MCM/MBH and have noticed that my DOTs seem to have a hard time sticking on my NPC targets. It seems as though their is only a 50-60 percent chance of these states even sticking. My question is will Medical Warfare Efficiency tapes help me land my DOTs more efficiently? If so what sort of odds would I be looking at?

yes,
Odds not sure... put i always use shock and I stick about 90% of what I throw (only do jedi so not sure for other stuff)

i'd say yes too, without +25 you'll still have issues even as MCM to stick everything.

what exactly are all the MCM mods that do work? I heard there were only 4. I know 2 for sure: healing efficiency and med warfare. Also, what does bio-suppression do?

I've never had a debuff fail to stick at master, has anyone else?

never failed to stick a debuff myself, i'm interested to know how much difference to the duration a +25 bio suppresson would make though.

I'm interested now, I was xxx4 CM for a few months after the CU came out and don't remember a debuff not sticking, I take it that actually does happen in your experience then?
