just looted a +6 cm effectivness att i am master cm will this help me any or am i capped and just need to sell it?

Thought is was just Nyax Necklaces that were broken? Not Effect CAs in general?

Q: What do Combat Medic Effectiveness SkillTapes(Clothing Attachments/Armour Attachments)do?
A: They provide a bonus to a Combat Medics Effectiveness skill mod. However, Combat Medics have a hard cap of 100 to Effectiveness at Master so these items are only good for Non-Masters.
