We have an AOE taunt ... just launch a Bacta Spray at your group and watch all the NPCs/creatures they're fighting magically swarm you!

Yes that bacca spray is one of the worst things for group dynamics. Stops the tanks from being the tanks and makes the healer (and usualy least defended) the tank. Im not sure i could think of a worse way to have it work other than having it heal the bad guy also.
