Thread: Do neurotoxin enhancers affect sticking rate?

As a 4000 CM dabbler, I can never get my novice-level neurotoxin to stick to anything....would using a good-power enhancer increase my chances of getting the state to stick against high-level enemies? And would it give it enough of a boost to make it worth using in PvE or PvP?

I wouldn't expect DoT's to be usefull unless you had at least x/4/x/x CM.
The enhancers do "seem" to help with stick rate as I seem to stick more when using enhancers than while using the move, but then I have +115 Medical Warfare Efficiency and at 4/0/0/0 Cm you get +10, so I doubt you will see any difference at all, your stick rate will still be extremely low.
