Combat Medic Archive

I have a quick question that i need a quick response to, because i am currently debating on which direction I want my character to go.

I WAS previously a MBH, Mcarbineer and CMedic 4000. Well now i DROPPED all of my Master Carbineer, and want to learn all the combat medic to become a Master Combat Medic. My question is this however:

With Master Bounty Hunter and Master Combat Medic...will I be able to reach CL80??? Because I noticed when I started dropping carbineer for some Combat Medic skills, my CL went down. I currently dropped all my carbineer and am a CMedic 4300.

Is it possible to be CL80 with MCMedic and MBH!?!? I realize I will have some left over skill points to put whever (about 14), but please let me know!
