If the damaged player is inside a house, and the CM is outside the house - can the CM heal the player through the walls?

Also, I don't expect this to matter, but if the answer is yes ... does privacy setting on the house affect this?

Ranged stims are not LOS so i would imagine that it doesnt matter what the privacy settingsare

Besides u can still shoot out of a house so
