Thread: Macro and Ranged Stimpack
As Medic I was able to heal myself quickly without loosing my target with a single macro "/peace;/heal self;/attack".
But the command /healdamage don't work anymore with Ranged Stimpack. It's say every time i don't have the right medicine on me.
Does anyone know a command to target yourself (so I don't have to use the CTRL1 to do it) without loosing your current target with a ranged stimpack ?
Because I find this a bit long to heal yourself : 1° /peace / 2° CTRL 1 / 3° using stimpack / 4° looking for my target / 5° click on it.
And using stimpack to heal yourself when you use ranged stimpack to heal other is stupid.
actualy it's not ,)
from beta experience:
just put your ranged stimpacks in a container and hotkey them (i always hotkeyed 2, so i could get to the next one without having to open a bag in a critical situation) while you have a few normal stimpacks in your general inventory for selfhealing through macros.
Replace /healdamage self with /ui action toolbarSlotXX
XX = 00-23 , 00 being F1, 01 being F2.. and so on.
I guess you could make the macro /peace; /target self; /ui action toolbarSlotXX; ? I never seem to have problems using a stimpack when I'm in combat, though.
honestly i think macros are pretty useless...once you get the timing down, you should be able to get heals off no problem...
macros are nice when u are first learn..but later on i know i personally carry a ton of diffenent stims for different occasions and circumstances and need to jave total control over which stim i was
only use for macro so fair ive found is maybe macroing in stim use for endless sampling...or making a solo combat macro that will healthshot, bodyshot ,body shot warning shot, stim, body shot etc so i can do afk combat lol
Then when in battle it's time to heal - click on your healing target (ctrl+1 for yourself, ctrl+N for group members), heal them and then click "next target" / "prev target" again and you will be back at what you were shooting at.
