Ok, so I ran around picking up resources to make these disease and poison packs, then came on this board only to find out that they're crap until the Devs fix them. Should I continue to make em? or will I be able to raise mycombat medicine branch just making ranged stimpacks and stimpack Cs?

I don't get a lot of time to play, and when I'm forced to gather 8 resources to make a useless POS, I'd rather not heehee.

Either way, I plan on making some of them out of curiosity. Anyone have suggestions on which of them are most effective? (health disease vs. health poison...etc).

Oh oh ! and something that has always peaked my interest. Is it worth setting up a factory for Stimpack Ds? Are Havestors expensive and hard to operate? I'm just not a big fan of crafting, but if it'll save me time...I'll definately do it!

Thanks :B

It helps a lot, thanks...

So what you're telling me, is that it's a big pain in the butt. But even with factory BEC components, Do I still need a personal Food and Chemical crafting station to pump out the goods?

Heehee...I really don't have the patience of a crafter, so chasing resources will not be on my agenda. You'll probably be hearing from me as soon as I appear.

But one other question, do you get experience forthe componentscraftedby your ownfactories? Or in my quest to Master Combat Medic....I should stick to crafting my own components?

Thanks again :B

components arent bad at all..just dump and run...when u try final products it gets ugly...

u get 5% of the xp value for factory runs so if u need the xp that much grind the comp...im still grinding but i decided to grin with factory components to save the pain of experimentation on all components...

What I planned for the crafting side Is to gring the Sub componants in the factory and craft the final product mannually.

If you are on BRIA I have a personal Crafting Station in my house that has 77% experimental efficiency. It is a ways away from town so the lag is a little better. It is open to the public, and if you want to purchase Crates, you can stick around and do some crafting.

Just send me an e-mail and I will send you a WP

You dont NEED a factory to make the D's. You just need factory BEC componants. If you are on BRIA I am selling them

If you are interested in factories and harvestors som ehtings you should know

1. Maint is not cheep, so If you are running them you will most likly need to supliment you income by selling off some stuff

2. you will need power to run harvestors and factories. this means Wind Generators, or buying it

3. Resourses shift, so you have to constantly check them other wise you are wasting time and money, (wish it would e-mail you)

4. If you dont have survey and sample skills it is very difficult to locate good supplies and find good placed to harvest

5. If you are kucky you will find different resourses in the same general area and wont have to span the entire planet collecting resourses

6. Factories take a long time to run. It would take you 12 hours of factory time to turn out one crate on Stim-d's

Hope this helped a little
