Combat Medic Archive

I am 0003 CM atm, and I'm trying to use Mind disease stims ona player, but nothing happens.

The stims are (Potency 104 / Eff 63 / Range 48 / CM Use 45 ) and I have CM use 50.

During a duel I select the target and use the disease stim (I've tried both from toolbar and from inventory) but nothing happens, I've tried standing right next to the target, nothing happens. I don't even get an error message to tell me what's wrong!

Could someone please help me out, or give me a few tips here?

(I've also tried relogging, and also triedwaiting for the server to restart)

you need the second box in the range line in order to get the apply disease skill
