Thread: Would you consider this a nerf?
I still think that it would be a cool idea to give chefs the ability to create herbal remedies that help (but not completely prevent) increase the user's chance of successfully avoiding a poison or disease. Maybe even doctors can aquire the ability to inocculate people before a battle to help a bit. Think about it.
- Armor mitigates normal damage types.
- We can buy BE clothes with bleeding defenses.
There is simply no preventative measure one can take against CMs.
Very nice idea. I am sure the CM will disagree though.
You do know that the military has a kit theycan use it hit with nerve agent that will slow the process down to allow for medical treatment. It is kinda like a stimpack and has two needles for 2PamChloride and Antropine (spelling). May be CM can make those too and they could be used by novice medic (med use lvl 5) to administer and not cure the poison but slow it down by cutting the strength and duration in half.
This cry for nerf if really getting pointless. As it is now, if both sides have Combat Medics then it trickles down to what other professions a group has. Its even when both sides have a CM, if they dont then one side ha a distinct advantage.
This is like real war, if your not equipped with teh necesary personel then you will be overrun and defeated. If your prepared then you will have a fighting chance.
