Thread: bacta xxx + enhancers?

im kinda lost.
when u get enhancers for the bacta heals... do they take the skill (say 600 at advanced) and + their effectiveness = actual heal?
if so im doing something wrong. using the regular advanced icons i get around a 600 heal. clicking on enhancers...the same..depending on their effectiveness...i never get them to add onto eachother for 1 heal...
how do you do that?

Good question. I haven't even been able to find any enhancers for sale other than the bacta toss ones. I've been using the enhancer icon in my toolbar and not the actual ability icon. I'll do the same for the other two bacta heals when I get the enhancers.

Is that the way to use the enhancers? Stick 'm on the toolbar and use 'm instead of the ability icons? Up to now i've only used the icons, trying to become adept at using all those new skills, and i've been wondering about how to use the enhancers, i have a lot of converted pre-CU stuff to try out.

It seems that an enhancer with a rating of 1000 adds a 15% bonus to the base skill. I believe this applies to all the enhancers.
Shame that SOE couldn't give us an easy to understand system, or god forbid, actually provide a manual!

doesnt that make cm and doctor useless tho? a jedi can heal for 1.5k and have those fusion heals where u heal overt time...u might as well grind to jedi and be a master healer since its like having cm+doctor all in one as far as healing is concerned...which doesnt make sense.
a jedi should be able to heal for a lot..granted but ud think a doctor or cm can heal for at least as much.

I agree.
I am also a MBH. So when I fight jedi and they heal themselves I see their whole bar go back to full a few times during the fight. Though when I heal myself, even if I use shots, spray, and the bacta toss, I dont heal for nearly as much. This causes more battles to be lost than won. I wish there was a way to know if a jedi had healer abilities.

Doc CM is by no means useless...it is the ultimate support template...you need to learn the profession though and accept that you can only kill very limited mobs...then again between all the heals at your disposal and timers, as long as you work your mind properly, your group is unbeatable.
If you take the pistol line of Marksman you can use firearm strike with your Alliance Disrupter and KD anyone who comes close. You can then paralyze them and render them useless for the fight until your groupo is ready to call target.

I'm CM+Novice Pistoleer (and Master Dancer), and have no problems soloing Level 58 Dewbacks. Might be different with creatures that have ranged attacks, but melee only? No problem. snare them once they get close then kiting them and shooting them and waiting for the poison and fire to work is no real problem.
