And you don't do extra damage against lower level creatures, level 1 creature takes the same damage a level 54 does (or whatever your CL is)
Both poison (Neurotoxin) and fire (Deuterium Toss) hit for 250 on average +/- 50. Enhancers increase the tick up to 20% (300+/- 50). I've tested med clothes and droids and none of those had an effect. The +5 Nyax necklace didnt have any effect either (if anyone has more than +5 Warfare efficiency, I'd love for you to test it). I haven't tested food yets, but I highly doubt anyone ticked for 450.
The variation in how much the poison and fire hit for is VERY large (+/-20%), so its hard to see trends without extensive tests. I've been wondering if we should petition to lower the variation, especially considering that doc and CM heals only vary around 5%.

I can not vouch that this is a continuous thing. I know that being as I always keep the combat log open to monitor my performance, I distinctly remember hitting a huf dun for 427 in fire damage. This was as a master cm. And I think the power of the tick has alot to do with the creatures vulnerability.
I was taking on level 80,81 missions, grouped, andinspire buffs. That may have had an affect on it. I am too new to really know.

Ah, could be dependent upon Creature level. All my info was PVP.
