Combat Medic Archive

Is it just me or doesnt it seem right that CMs aren't able to drag a player unless they have 0040 in medic. Shouldn't this be included in novice CM for those who dont get medic 0040?

I fully agree..i was at the village healing ppl and once your agro b/c of bacta spray it becomes incredibly hard to rez players if you can drag them from harm. I'm one box away from being able to drag..with 2 SP to my name..BAHHH!!
