It depends on yours and hisabilities. If you have the ability to KD or dizzy, I would apply some poison and keep them dizzied or on the ground. If you have elite combat skills, poison the pool you are primarily damaging and add on some disease. The more BF you cause them, the faster the disease will work. If you don't have much in the way of combat skills, I would suggest using Line Of Sight (LOS) limitations to your advantage. Duck behind walls, turn corners, use trees, anything you can use as cover will break their line of sight and keep you alive.Keep your distance maxed and let your poisons and diseases do the majority of the work.

Also I would suggest you hotkey /deathblow rather than using the radial menu on your incapped victim.
