What component can these be used for? BEC? How does that stack with hand crafted ones?

I'm not at home, so relying on memory. I believe Advanced BEC's are better than those stats listed as far as power goes, but the charges are very high. I think I was crafting ADV BEC's with 16 power/14 charges with super dookie Lok Wheat (like 350 OQ 130ish PE.) These went to producing Stim-B's with 30c/417 base heal.
This bile he has appears to be on the very low end for power, but very high end for final charges (wouldn't doubt it if you broke the 50 charge area easily.) The base heal will probably be in the 130-230 range depending on other components and resources used, more than likely won't break 300 base heal (on a Stim-B.)

Like I said, I'm not at home, otherwise I could run an experiment and validate my guesses.

Side Note: I did use a very high quality ALS which bumped my base heal way up (172 base.) So your liquid suspension will give you greater results at the base heal combined with whatever you're using for a BEC.)
