Just what it says, I just need to know what tree to go up first and what types of resources do I need for the crafting part.

you should go up the Combat Med Support line first, at least to tier 3, before putting points into the other two. At tier 3, youll get access to area stim B's, whic will increase the rate of getting med XP exponentially. The more people in your group to heal, the more and faster youll get XP.
