How do u make things like Ranged Stim E? How do u get the 3 identical crates?

When an item calls for 3 identical sub-components, you need to get the sub-components from a crate that was made in a factory.

For instance, if something calls for 2 identical Liquid Suspension items, it will look to see that the serial number on each LS is the same. The only way to get that is to make a factory schematic, and create the LS's in a factory, so that all the units are identical.

If you cannot afford to set up a factory of your own, find a MCM or MD that will either sell you crates of the subcomponents, or lease you time on their factory.
