If doc's can use it to speed up curing poison/disease we are really screwed.

atm docs dont use havla to cure cause atm (no idea if is a bug or not) there is NO delays on cures. Me a doc and only use havla for quick buffsomeone, no need it for cures

Since CM's can't spam poison, why would docs need to spam cures?
