ALL DoTs are effected, regardless of source. CM, Weapon DoTs, Creature DoTs. It's all being effected.
The Cures will effect weapon DoTs the same way they do CM DoTs. The Innocs will work MUCH better on Weapon DoTs then CM DoTs, since weapon DoTs can not be experimented upon and the Potency is usually low to begin with.
Sorry... the rest of you got hit with the splash damage.

Yep...by giving the CM DoT's a "chance" at failing, all other DoTs were effected as well...It sucks, but I have to say, if one groups DoT get's effected, the other's should as well...it's only fair...
This is going to especially impact those DoT's like Bleeds where special resists are out there (skill mods and such)...hire resists will effect the "chance factor" for getting a DoT to stick...

great, i have a 739 mind poison pistol i thought would benefit from the nerf
