Thread: /healdamage ME
I have had a /healdamage Hassle macro set up forever.
I have a generic /healdamage, and the one above on my toolbar all the time. However, lately the self heal macro does not work. Since the last patch, it works like a blank /healdamage. It tells me its not a valid target, or you can only heal people or pets... or whatever the message is.
Has anyone else had this problem? Does your macro still work?
I tried to delete it and rewrite it... that didnt work. Im not sure what else to do... but it is a real pain to not beable to heal myself as needed anymore.
/healdamage <charactername>
I use my name in it, but I have been told you can use any name. I just never tried others.
so for you it would be /healdamage Pahdbacca
What it did, was allowed you to heal yourself no matter what your target. Even if you had a corpse or sign or anything targeted, it would heal you. Now it gives me the same error message as when using the generic /healdamage (without any name after)

Ill try that, thanks... but the other has always worked fine until the patch.
i have my macro as /healdamage self
i tried /healdamage Aden but it didnt work, but "self" does
Mostly this is just frustrating when I try to salute or hug someone, but it may be related.
Was wondering if there were any other commands needed to /healdamage self during combat?
Say I have 10 attacks cue'd up but I need to heal myself now. Will running /healdamage self heal me instantly or will it just cue it up in the action window too?
Is there a command for ending all the cue'd actions instantly without also loosing my current target?
Any help thanks,

Yes, there is a command to dump your combat queue, it is, by default, Control - Backspace
And, I believe that /healdamage <name> and/or /healdamage self is supposed to precede any new commands in your queue. (Not quite instantanious, but the next time a command can be given... will be the heal command)
/peace;
/healdamage self;
/pause 1;
/attack;
Problem solved.
/peace;
/healdamage self;
/pause 1;
/attack:;
This doesn't work. Message says no valid medicine found or something like that.
Do I need to indicate a stimpack that I have in an action slot already?
Thanks for any help.
