just what the question says, i haven't yet tried healing other people while im a faction member so i was just wonder

you should not be able to heal opposing overt faction members when you are covert. So if you are a covert imperial, you will not be able to heal an overt rebel. Also if you are covert and heal an overt member of your faction, you will gain a TEF, will be ejected from the building you are in, and will be an open target for a member of the opposing faction. You will be able to heal neutral and covert players with no penalty.

...Line in there, hehe....Coverts healing other faction Coverts when neither party has a TEF

But very nice...You could probably make a Spiffy color Coded Box chart out of that if ya wanted
