Here are the choices for this weeks question. Please respond with a simply vote of '1' or '2'.
Thanks
Option 1:
"The introduction of Havla into the game has allowed Combat Medics to throw Poisons and Diseases as fast as they can click the button(equates to a 1 second interval). At this rate of infection, no Doctor or group of doctors would be able to cure as quickly as the poisons are thrown. This has proven to be almost, if not already, game breaking for participants within the GCW.
Will Havla be made to no longer effect Combat Medic throw timer? If not, what will be done to change this imbalance?"
Option 2:
"Poisons were once limited to only taking a player to +1 of the stat poisoned. This was in an effort to eliminate the 'Incap Dance' whereby a poisoned player would continually incap until they were cured, the poison duration expired, or died.
Not long after this change, other changes in the game made it possible to combine a Wound DoT with a Poison DoT to once again incap another player. This hold true regardless of the source of the DoTs, but Combat Medics are by far the ones most noted for using this strategy.
Is this action considered an oversight in the coding and thus a bug or is it actually a game feature and working as intended? If it is a bug, what is the timeframe on removing it from the game?"

But what about the other two potential questions of "which poisons are supposed to stack with which other poisons", and "are poisons and diseases acting as intented in PvP and PvE, pre and post combat revamp?"
Well, I assuming I have to vote 1 or 2, I vote for 2. However, I personally like my first question more, followed by my second question.

No slight against you jfang, I'm actually saving your questions for the next round, but Havla is still a current 'hot issue' so deserves a slot. The other slot is filled with the Correspondent Issue.
It may be a bit of an abuse of power there, but frankly it's a question that has bugged me for a long, long time. And the answers I've gotten from the devs on it have really irked me as well. So I figured this would be the best way to get the question answered once and for all.

Both are valid questions and good ones. I would go for question 1. Question 2 will more than likely be changed to prevent PVP decay and griefing. Question 1 is probably what is on everyone's mind.

I retract my vote for question 2, and vote for question 1. The reason for this is that I have noticed... odd behavior in regards to the bug in question in referenced by question 2. I'm about to post another thread about it in a minute.
Edit:
Further testing has left me more confused than I was initially, so I retract my retraction, and vote for question 2 again.

I have to vote #2 as havla is more of a chef problem. Personaly I would like to see it removed completely rather then limited to docs due to balance issues.

If my vote counts, I would vote for #1, the poison/disease combo will come up again with the ham revamp

My vote is for Question 1.
A solution I think the Chef Correspondant suggested was to make it take a light bio enhancement instead of the current medium one, which should keep it below 100 which seems to be the threshold to allow this 1 second throw to occur.

1. I am all for haliva working for doctor cures. It should not workfor CM DoTs.
If number 2 goes inI would make a referance to fire attacks, esp mind fire. It's not just our attacks that do this.
Although I really would like a continuation of the "medics that heal in combat" but prehaps that will be for a later week.

Probably need the voting done end of the day today/tommorrow morning.
I would do a continuation of the 'medic in combat' question, but frankly I don't feel we'll get any more of an answer then what has already been provided.

I vote for #2. As a PvE CM havla really helps me keep my group alive when fighting things like SBD's. I need that extra speed to keep my group up and alive at times. Please don't just look at these issues from a PvP sense.
