I only crafted Area Stimpack Cs for these numbers. The resources and subcomponents are listed below. I will do poisons/diseases later and post those numbers.

We need to know the toughness of your copper to finalize the numbers. We should be able to figure out the range, ease of use, area of effect, and power though. Some more numbers to play with:


metal: 991 conductivity, 729 toughness, 923 quality

organics: 791 potential energy, 987 overall quality

fiberplast: 884 quality, 667 toughness

ABEC: 10 power 21 charges

ALS: 174 power

ACRDM: 30 power


Charges, maximized:

90%: 58 charges, 38 range


Ease of use, maximized:

88%: 52 CM use


Effectiveness, maximized:

91%: 38 area effect, 846 power


Well, time to run some numbers...



Edit: Oops. I should have used lower quality resources to get a better sample to regress against. Oh well, let's see what we can do with what we have...

Well, I did a rough analysis of crafting numbers, and didn't really like my results. I got several one-off errors. It also seems like the calculations are a strict round down, not round to nearest number I had originally thought. Finally, my crafting numbers didn't quite match yours, in particular with the area of effect stat.


Regardless, even if these formula aren't exact, they should be fairly close:


Charges:

-Charges: 28 + .22 * percentage + BEC charges

-Range: 15 + .25 * percentage


Ease of use:

-CM use: 70 - .2 * percentage


Effectiveness:

-Area of Effect: 12 + .28 * percentage

-Power: 60 + 6.5 * percentage + BEC power + LS power + CRDM power



In "real" numbers:

Charges:

-Charges: 28-50 + BEC charges

-Range: 15-40m


Ease of use:

CM use: 70-50


Effectiveness:

-Area of Effect: 12-40

-Power: 60 - 710 + BEC power + LS power + CRDM power
