Thread: ARC Duration bugged or capped?

Hey guys. I recently got some better resources and became a 12 exp. pt. CM. Well my old ARC used to be 76 potency 60 duration. I got over 870 for my duration for some diseases I was making before. Now with the better resources (just way better Class 1 radioactive)I have I made 77 potency 84 duration. With the extra point (I had 11 before) and the better resources I was only able to get 787 duration. Is this capped or what? I was putting 9 points in 3 point increments into effectiveness. I notice that after 2 groups of three points, I get capped. Then I can continue to put two single exp. points into effectiveness that barely bring up potency and effectiveness and leave duration apparently capped. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and whether or not that this is a bug? I figured with a +24 for duration on the new ARCsthat I would get over 900 or so with the new ones.


PS Potency gets to 136 - 137 and Effectiveness gets to 116 - 117. Any extra points go to charges.

Overall I also get 42 range 30 - 31 area if anyone is curious. (My AIAs are 59 and my ADMs are 25, 21, 11) The radioactive and insect meat on final combine are better than beforeas well.

Are you using the same metal, meat and radio in the final build? That will affect the duration also.

I wish I could make an AIA of 59. Best we've ever been able to do on Gorath is 55. And that Eleton spawned last August or something... :/


As far as Duration...on my Adv RC, I can get the duration up to 130 or so....I don't pay much attention to the duration on the final pack though. I'll check it out.

Well yeah. I was thinking that after I posted. Duration really won't matter overall in PVP especially. The only reason I gave a damn was because I was getting higher duration with worse resources and now having 12 points, it struck me as odd and I was curious if it was bugged/capped.

I changed my radioactive. In my ARC's I used class one. In my final combine it requires radioactive. I used a oq 993 pe 922 unknown variety. I don't recall what dr was but if I recall it was about the same as the previous dr for the radioactive I used before.
