I'm CM 4404, what hits and ablities should I have in my toolbar and be using in pvp?

Thyroid rupture is my personal favorite, along with traumatise and hemorage which i think are in the row you dont have...get them asap for better pvp. Rupture slows down an enemy's attack speed (and has a great duration) and hemorage/traumatise will decrease action and mind regeneration. Paralise is a must. You can paralise and fully heal in that time, or stick some debufs (anythingdamage attacks will endparalise). Neurotoxin is great for pulling those nasty pickets, andalot like electrolite drain (slows down (motion) speed).
There are so many actions when grouped with another combat profession that its a must to have different tool bars for different confrontations. You simply dont need stuff like traumatise and hemorage when hunting animals as they virtually dont use there mind or action bars.On the same note, you dont need bacta spray for PVP as toss heals for more. I have one for PVP, one for hunting animals in groups, one for hunting imps, one for solo-ing tough creatures.
Im undecided on deut. toss/infect/neurotoxin as any sort of damage attacks. If you run out of action, then they are fine to give your action bar a chance to recoup, but if you have a low sac weapon and rarely run out of action 4 hits with a weapon will deal far more damage then the toxins combined (i say four hits because all the toxins seem to hit about 75% of the time....maybe).
