Is there a CM only weapon? (Meaning only CM's can use it). And what is the CL and/or any other requirements to use this weapon?

but it require 2 tissues to make plus 1 for skem is kinda hard to make double capped

I'm not really sure how hard it is to cap but if you look hard enough you should be able to find some BH Enhanced Power Cells that could be used to get it darn near double-capped.

they are not hard to double or triple cap

damage cap is 948 so even with a good set of kryate tissues its not to hard

i should try to make some with my alt someday

i have made a few long time ago but never with any enhancer in them
