I was wondering everyones opinion on what the best PVE template is.

well... i like master pistoleer, master CH... since CH has been more or less fixed now... but rifleman is definetely the best profession atm.. therefore it will be nerfed down to carbineer status soon... and thus i am not taking it... but it really depends on what playstyle you like... if you like being in close combat, killing from afar... burning your targets... roasting them... but MCH is always good... since you can get a CL 70 rancor or so to attack your target and then you can just kill it from a safe distance mostly...

Hmm, I'm master TK/Master Commando, arguably the two best PvE classes and I don't have any complaints. Flame DoT coupled with KD and TK's quick dmg dealing is a nice combo. Plus the mods and meditate line in TK really help.

Just wondering, are you guys considering the upcoming changes to the def. stacking in these decisions?

Master Pistoleer/ BH pistols 3. Speedcap turns your scatter pistol into a mini-gun spewing more damage per second than 98% of the creatures in this game can withstand for more than a few seconds. Other professions may do better, I've never needed more. Anyway, with buffs and armor, just about any combat template is gonna be a winner in PvE.

Best PVP templates..........

Master TKA/Master Doc with some kick ass composite armor.

Migrate all ur stats into your mind, buff yourself and suck down some brandies and muon. And wow.

Drawback: Can't do any real damage to anything with medium or heavy armor, so they cant solo the highest end stuff. And TKA is currently under siege by an army of n00b nerfherders. So there might be a nerf within the next couple publishes.

Master Swordsman/Master Brawler/TKA 4/0/0/4/ novice medic

Arguabely the best PVE combo in the game. Ive seen these guys solo canyon krayts. Like before they depend heavily on buffs and migrate everything into thier mind. And they get the stacking melee defense from TKA and the awesome skill to powerboost.

Drawback: Swordsman bleeds have been nerfed to nothing, making PVE much more difficult, and it will become more difficult next patch with the new warcry 2 nerf.And defense stacking nerf.Master Swordies will still be invaluable at dealing damage in groups tho, and will be great tanks.

Master CH/Master Riflemen

Like the other classes, buffs and everything in your mind will do wonders. But This is a great combo. Staying at a long enough range for your pet to keep your target occupied while you pick off your target with your heavy armor piercing T21.

Drawback: Nerfherders are really complaining about riflemen and it will too prolly get a nerf relatively soon.

Commando/As much CH as possible.

One trick pony. Flame Flame Flame and hope ur big furry tank keeps your target occupied.

Drawback: Commandos just got a flame dot nerf. Making their uber damage less uber. But they can still inflict massive damage.

Master CM/Master Rifleman

Huge Dot poisons in conjunction with your speederbike is a winning combination. And if $hit hits the fan riflemen can do some pretty heavy shots to bring down your target.

Drawbacks: Resources for CM to get the huge Dots is a pain to gather, and unfortunately, both those professions are now being targeted by the nerfherders. So expect thier uber levels to be brought down to mediocre along with carbineers and pikeman.
