Ruby bliel has not really been fixed.. what id does now is reste your stim ussage timer and set the count to 30sec...
what you can do is chose a good food template and keep your drink stomach emply, then go;
use stim, pop ruby, use stim, pop ruby... ect. this way you can use stims without cool down, untill you cant eat any more ruby, this will be around 6 stims and it actually makes all the difference in the world.

Correct. This is how it was intended to be used has been stated as such. Its a one use item similar to bespin port.
Additionally, decreasing stim timers below 30sec would be a large mistake. People who use up points to acquire healing abilities give up points that can be used for offense, defense, or extra abilities. This is intended and helps promote grouping for those that want to go pure combat templates.

Found this in the chef forums:
Ruby Bliel: Stimpack Roundtime : 30s fill 22 19min12s

Given that its a one time use item and has a minimum duration value of 15 min, i suggest you go out and ask your chef to make them for you with filling reduction. I make my ruby with fill 13
