from one respecced CM to another,
You can rez them just like that
dont need anything
Rezzed someone for the first time the other day.
Timer pops up and they get up after a few seconds.
They ll have wounds though.

Its 'kinda' buggy.. Essentially, its the same problem that happens with alot of other professions that require a warmup.. sometimes, it does't work.
I am pretty sure it has to do with the fact that you cannot be moving for the entire time of the resus (very long warmup), and the inherent lag that you dont really notice makes the game think you are still running. So, essentially.. if you stop and wait for like 5-10 seconds and then resus., it usually works everytime.

I believe they have to consent and you have to consent...that fixed my problems. All was well.

My understanding of the rules as another respecced CM is as follows, based on experience:
- No special equipment or supplies are needed.
- You must be able to assist them ( no active combatants of any faction but your own, and you cannot assist active combatants of your own faction if you are on leave ).
- They must /consent you, or be grouped with you. Preferably both.
- When /resuscitate is used, I tend to stand still while the bar is moving, and have had better luck. Sometimes it takes me two tries for it to work, but generally I have success on the first try.
- Some times, the target will be resuscitated immediately, when the action bar starts moving: other times they won't recover until after the action bar is completed. Either way, you really can't do any more actions until the action bar is complete.
- They will be bought back in fairly serious condition, and will need healing assistance immediately.
- They may (or may not) receive wound damage. I quite frankly haven't noticed it, but others tell me that they have.
