If you're going to use disease at all, use mind disease to ensure that all the non-docs suffer poison/disease incaps after 40-ish seconds. Willpower disease can be fun, but only in rare circumstances -- if you mind poison a smuggler, for instance, and he feigns death, a willpower disease may well keep him at 1 mind long after the poison wears off.
However, given that you're also a master of a combat skill, you may well find disease to be a waste of 4 seconds (during which you're rooted to the ground, just begging to be killed). Now that defense stacking is gone, fanshot (or the carbineer version) should hit everyone around most of the time, and you should be able to incap a whole group in much less than 40 seconds.
And, of course, remember that poisons of different types stack. I'd recommend carrying mind area Bs and Cs, along with mind single Cs.
