Combat Medic Archive

Hi all i have a post cu char. so i need to grind my way up.Whats the best way to get CM xp.ive got novice box from healing and got the ability neurotoxin but im only gettin 340 points tops on level 80 and need 175000 just for the first box.Any healing i do says medical xp.does that transfer over? Anyone have anyadvice on this?
