I wanna pick TKM back up, suggestions on add either M doc or MCBM with it?

while i like these suggestions, i might also add that you are in the Combat Medic forum. i am GUESSING that the people who frequent this board like Combat Medic... and might suggest that you add MCM for the DoTs, Debuffs, and Healing.
on the other hand, posting the same qustion in the Doc forum will result in the people who like the Doc profession telling you that Doctors heal single players much, much better than CM and therefor is the logical choise to go with TKM.
all that to say... it is entirely up to you and your play style
